I use my smartphone very often, in order to check my social media accounts like
Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram.
Will you change anything about
Having a limited use of my smartphone, at night I will turn it off so I can rest better.
Whet I am having dinner or sharing with my family, I will leave my smartphone away,
in order to be able to share and pay attention to my relatives.

After listening to the video, I will give my smartphone a better use, so I can avoid
having health problems and I can also pay close attention to those around me.

• respect those who you have in front of you looking at their face and avoiding
them to feel ignored

• don’t put your smartphone on the table when we eat with other people

• put your smartphone on silent until the end of the breakfast, lunch or dinner

• respect public workers in public places and don’t use your smartphone while
they’re talking to you

• establish specific functions in which we will use the cell phone, if not
necessary, do not use it

• try to use your smartphone while you are in the bathroom

• do not use your smartphone while you are driving

• set a good example to your children following and respecting these rules
