How to Sign the “GSIS

Technology Use Policy”
using the SignNow Link

Open ”Open Document” from

the school’s email.

1. After you open the link,

Click “Sign With Mobile

3. Read the “GSIS Technology

Use Policy”

4. After reading the policy,

scroll down to the end.

You will need to fill in the

a. Student name (Full Name)

b. Grade/ Primary (Class Level)
c. Student’s Signature
d. Parent’s/Guardian’s
Signature
5. Tap in the box to fill in the
Student’s name (First name
and Last name)
5. Tap in the box to fill in the
Student’s Class Level.
Example: Primary 3 or Grade 7
6. Tap in the box to fill in the
Student’s Signature.
There are multiple ways to
make your signature.
The first way is to draw your
signature using your touch
screen (mobile/tablet) or
touchpad/mouse. To do this,
click on the “Draw” tab.
Now, you can draw on the box
provided.

signature is to ”Type it”.

1. Press the “Type” tab.

2. Then, type out your signature.
Example “john andrews”.

Afterwards, select the signature you would

like to choose for the form and press
“Done”.
Repeat this process, for the
parent’s signature as well.
Repeat this process, for the
parent’s signature as well.
Once you are done, press the
“Done” button on the top right
corner.
Your form is completed!
