The only way to handle this is to check if the uploaded file has the same column structure as the default template.

Changes to be done -
1). By default show only these three columns when user
goes to Contacts tab - Full Name, Email Address and Date
Added.
2). When user selects a list, show the exact same columns
which the list has(like it is shown when the user is within a
list).

This makes it easier to detect in which list the contacts are

going to be added. So if a list has been selected in
dropdown, then clicking on Add will make the system
understand that the contacts need to be added in the
selected list.
