INSTRUCTIONS
1. Candidates must bring printout of this E-Admit Card to the allotted interview venue on the Date and Time
mentioned above along with at least one valid ORIGINAL PHOTO IDENTIFICATION CARD viz. Voter
Identity Card, Driving License, PAN Card, Passport, Aadhaar Card, Employer ID (Government) issued by
Government Authorities. (NO COLOUR PHOTOCOPY / SCANNED COPY / SOFT COPY OF THE
IDENTITY CARD SHALL BE ACCEPTED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES). No candidate will be
allowed to enter in the interview venue without valid E-Admit Card and Photo Identification card (in original).

2. Document verification and Biometrics record will be done at the interview venue before start of the
examination. Candidates are requested to reach the interview venue at reporting time mentioned in the E-
Admit Card.

3. Candidates are advised to bring their Original documents, such as.

Age Certificate
Disability Certificate mentioning actual percentage of disability
Certificates of Educational Qualification and marksheet of qualifying examination
Certificates on Extra-Curricular (Sports/Dance/Singing/Martial Arts etc. if any)

4. Candidates have to appear Computer based Viva Test which will contain 9 MCQs and duration of the test
will be of 10 minutes.

5. The candidate should retain this E–Admit Card carefully for future records as the same is required to be
produced when required.

6. The candidates should check the particulars viz., Name, Date of Birth, etc mentioned in E-Admit Card
carefully and also eligibility in all respects as per requirement in Advertisement published on 30/12/2018 The

7. The candidature in the whole recruitment/selection process is “PURELY PROVISIONAL” pending scrutiny
of your eligibility as mentioned in the Advertisement published on 30/12/2018 for the post. In case, it is found
at any stage of selection process that the candidate does not fulfil the eligibility criteria and any information
provided by the candidate is found to be false or is not in conformity with the eligibility criteria mentioned in
the advertisement including Age, Category, Educational Qualification, etc. the candidature of such a candidate
will be rejected at any stage of selection process and even after appointment.

8. Candidates are strictly prohibited from carrying mobile phones and other electronic gadgets to the premises
of the examination hall.

9. Anyone found to be disclosing, publishing, reproducing, transmitting, storing or facilitating transmission

and storage of interview contents in any form or any information therein in whole or part thereof or by any
means i.e., verbal or written, electronic or found to be in unauthorized possession of exam content will be
considered as serious misconduct and will be debarred/disqualified from interview. SLPRB will take
disciplinary and legal action as per rules and such cases will be reported to police, if necessary.

10. A candidate will be expelled from the interview hall if found keeping / using Computer devices, Mobile
Phone and Electronic devices, Books, writing paper or blotting paper other than supplied.
