Corrective Action Plan

Objective: The group will identify a particular school sign/policy in Dela Salle Lipa that is frequently
violated by many students. They will create corrective action plan on how the incidence of
violating this policy/sign be minimized by applying the theme “My Ideal World/School”.

Format: Students will take a photo (3R) of the identified school policy/sign that is frequently violated
by the student. Then they will formulate the corrective action plan following the template below.

Strategic Action – An strategic action consists of a number of action steps or changes to be brought


about in the community/school.

Party/Department responsible – party/department accountable to the project.

Resources required –  required to carry out the project tasks. They can be people, equipment,
facilities, funding, or anything else capable of definition (usually other than labor) required for the
completion of a project activity.

Date Due – Time allotted to finish the project.

Percent completed- The % complete fields contain the current status of a project, expressed as the
percentage of the project’s duration that has been completed.
Comments - It can be ideas/solutions that help us understand one’s concerns and interests
pertaining to a specific project, identify potential impacts and find solutions within the scope of the
project.

Stakeholder - They are typically the members of a project team, project managers,


executives, project sponsors, customers, and users. Stakeholders are people who are invested in
the project and who will be affected by your project at any point along the way, and their input can
directly impact the outcome.

Constraints- is any restriction that defines a project’s limitations; the scope, for example, is the limit
of what the project is expected to accomplish.

Metric - consist of various specific measurement tools for indicating how well teams are achieving
specific goals. Set Metrics foresee risks and assess team productivity and quality of work.

Issue Description
Jaywalking is an act of a person who crosses a street or road without observing
the traffic regulations for pedestrians. As a result, there has been traffic and many
cases of prolonged life risks for the jaywalker and oncoming driver. Most of the
jaywalkers are the students, they often disobey this policy because they were in a
hurry to get to the class or to go to their destination. And one of this are the students
of De La Salle Lipa, especially to those students who have class in CBEAM Building,
they will always look for ways just to get to the other side of the road whether the
guards or discipline officers are around or not. Because of this, many are reluctant to
violate this policy so.

Desired Outcome
To express to the students the shared sense of prioritize safeness with the help of
“Animo Walking: PedSafe. In connection of this in the Ideal world, this plan is for good
of everyone in order to build a sustainable society.
