Things to remember:

 Your child’s safety is our schools main concern, please kindly talk to you child/ren about following our School-wide
Expectations: 1. BE SAFE 2. BE RESPECTFUL 3. BE RESPONISBLE

 Parents MUST send a note to their child’s teacher if there is a change in their after school transportation for that
given day. Should this be permanent, you must personally come into the main office to make the change in order to
ensure that it is brought to the school’s attention and documented.
 ALL CAR RIDERS ARE TO BE PICKED UP NO LATER THAN 3:15pm.

 Parents/guardians MUST write excuse notes for their child’s absence. If your child is absent for 3 or more
consecutive days, a doctor’s note must be submitted to the teacher for your child’s absence to be excused.

 Mandatory School Uniform Policy. Please ensure that your child/ren wear his/her uniform to school every day. FES
School uniform is Green top and black bottom and rubber shoes. (Absolutely, NO leggings, pants/jeans with cut/torn
seams, or any open-toe sandals or shoes are allowed.)

 In helping to ensure your child has access to healthy, balanced meals throughout the day, we are asking that you
refrain from sending your child to school with Spicy snacks such as Hot Cheetos, Hot Fries, Taki, Spicy Shrimp Chips,
etc., and flavored teas such as King Car, Assam Black Teas, C2 and Yogo flavored drinks etc., these all have a high
sugar content and conflict with our mission to help safeguard the health of your child while in school. These
prohibited snacks will be taken away and disposed of accordingly.
