3. The capstone title and the organization are to be decided by the students in consultation
with their guides and the titles to be updated with the project Coordinator.
4. The project Coordinator will compile the titles submitted by the student and give it to the
quality circle team
5. The quality circle team would finalize and approve the same.
6. Deadlines
 The students should compulsorily report to their guide on 16 th and 17th of March.
 Students are to finalize and get the titles approved by 17.3.20.
 Last date to submit the joining Report by 20.3.20, failing which the students will
have to report to the guide daily from 21.3.20 onwards for desk research.
 Panel Review I -8th and 9th of April
 Panel Review II -8th and 9th of May
 Rough draft: 18th of May
 Final Report : 23rd of May

7. Daily Dairy is to be maintained by the student duly signed by the company guide. This is
considered in lieu of attendance.
8. Panel to be constituted by the capstone coordinator in consultation with the program chair.
