These are not my concepts, but it resonates with me in dealing with my on going battle with your heads
corrupting your minds.
Most people try and avoid failure through the fear of it and therefore the potential success of opening
new doors to new successes
The simple fact is, no matter who you are , EVERY human life is full of failure, and society or
circumstances can try and emphasis this feeling of failure. Take prison. Everything about reinforces the
feeling of failure…it’s no wonder so few prisoners get rehabilitated. Society wants to put you in a box…
Being a failure is allowing your mistakes to win. failures are lessons. They are empty unless you give
them meaning..
When your motivated by your ego your allowing other people to tell you what to think about yourself..
Everyone you know will try to categorise. Loser, bullshitter, egotist, vein, ugly, fat, etc and it’s very easy
DON’T LET OTHERS DEFINE WHO YOU ARE- It may take a life time to apply, so start applying now

Default Mindset….Be Careful, learnt from your parents


relentless obsession to keep you safe….WHAT IF is a hypothesis
IT drown you with arguments why you shouldn’t step through
that door
What actually defines your capacity to open doors….Negative chatter. I’m not good enough..
If you listen to this you are shrinking. Your
life is going into retreat

Fear of Failure – Is pure and simply the fear of other peoples thoughts.
Most people try and avoid failure through the fear of it and therefore the potential success of opening
new doors to new successes is forever avoided simply through fear…then when others succeed them
blame everything apart from themselves..
Humiliation, Danger,
Recognise what the feelings are:
The Get Ready
The Rational Process vs Irrational process….making worst case scenario seem plausible, inevitable
The Corridor…
The Default mindset….The Be Careful phenomena
Real signs of success are the scars and bruises you accumulate through your episodes of failure
Prove you are good enough 100 times a day

Good Summing up Point….Keep accruing those scars and calluses…Keep learning


those lessons….you grow…you’ll succeed….it’s inevitable
Going from ‘everything is impossible’ to ‘nothing is impossible’
You are not your past…we traumatise small events and catalogue and look for reasons why
Exercise
Try various ways to do a task, looking backward, or blindfolded
Task, cling onto a bad feeling and focus on it..…feelings can get stronger. Now replay it twice as fast
with the benny hill theme and trivialise it
The Failure is letting your default negative mindset chatter dictate your belief in yourself…it#s black or
white,yes or no..
Someone who has never suffered or failed is weak ego led, spoiled useless individual who has nothing
decent to say for themselves
