PRP & HACCP Objective:


The objective is to understand and make sure the brewery complies with Pre-requisite programs (PRP)
that need to be in place to ensure product quality and consumer safety.

Scope:
This document outlines requirements and practices for PRP and HACCP. The program shall cover the
following key items:

1. Pre-requisite program (PRP) that need to be in place for product quality and consumer safety
2. The goal of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) policy
3. Understanding good manufacturing practices
4. Review Critical Control Points
