Task:

A decentralize conveyor application (travel drive) has to be dimensioned.

The way of 4 m has to be driven in 5 s and without stop back in the same time.
After this cycle the conveyor has to stop for 1 s.
The drive system consists of a helical geared motor and of a SINAMICS
frequency converter.

Steady payload 600 kg

Internal mass 60 kg
Diameter of the drive wheel 40 cm
Specific coefficient of friction 0.1
Efficiency factor of the mechanical system 90 %
