Check Panel Width, Height and Depth is as per GA drawing
Check Paint as mentioned in Specification
Check Sheet Thickness as mentioned in Specification
Check proper angle (1.5 to 2 ft height) is provided for panel
mounting
Check Fontus Nameplate is provided on panel
Check Tag plates are provided and installed properly for all Pumps
Check all the Switchgear used is as per BOM. For eg if L&T make
is mentioned check all component should be L&T make.
Check All the Contactors, Overload Relays, MCB/MCCB's, SPP,
CT's, BusBar, Ammeter, Voltmeter ratings are as per drawings.
Check internal arrangement of components is as per drawing.
Incomer MCB/MCCB, Ammeter/Voltmeter with selector switches,
Single phase Preventer, Phase Indicator, Fan/Filter, selector
switches, Pump Indications etc.
Check all Power and Control wiring is as per drawing
Check Water Level Controller and Timer for Blower Logic wiring
and their interlocks with pumps are provided as per drawing
Check Power and Control Terminal strips are provided and wiring
termination is done properly with ferruling.
Check VFD rating and wiring as per drawing. VFD drive testing
should be checked.
For PLC Panel check Soft PLC logic with supplier as per our Logic
requirement. All the programming should be checked whether it run
or not.
Check single phase power supply provision is made for Level
Check spare Terminals are provided for future use in panel
For Motors, VFD and Electrical Switchgear receive the Test

Notes:- Each Panel must be Inspected as per above checklist. Incase Vendor inspects on his own, he will fillup above checklist and submit self certification report.
