“Account Balance Build-up” Customer Promo Terms and Conditions

I. Definitions
 “Customer(s)” for the purpose of this Offer shall mean person having existing ICICI
Bank Saving account, excluding salary saving account opened on or before 31 March,
2019 and who have received communication about the Offer from ICICI Bank Limited
(“ICICI Bank”), during or prior to the Program Period.
 “Program Period” shall mean the period from November 01 to November 15, 2019 for
bringing incremental funds. Both days are inclusive in the Program Period. Customer
has to maintain the above incremental balance on November 15, 2019 and November
30, 2019
 “Offer” shall mean products/services/benefits/ discounts offered by Alliance Partners
as mentioned below to Eligible Customers.
 “Alliance Partners” shall mean Infiniti Retail Ltd. (Croma) , Easy Trip Planners Pvt. Ltd.
(EaseMyTrip), 1MG Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Seniority Private Limited, who have
extended the Offer to be given to Eligible Customers.
 “Eligible Customers” shall mean customers who meet all the criteria mentioned in the
eligibility criteria as specified below to avail the Offer.
 Void Transactions " shall mean any transaction wherein the transaction is either
unsuccessful or where the transaction has taken place, but has been unsuccessful/
cancelled/rejected/ by ICICI Bank or the Alliance Partner.

II. Eligibility criteria to avail the offer:

Customers meeting below criteria will be eligible for the offers:

 Criteria 1: Bring in incremental fund (meaning the difference between the account
balance on the last day of the Offer, i.e. November 15, 2019 and the day preceding the
first day of the Offer, i.e. October 31, 2019) of INR 1 lakh or above between November
01st ,2019 to November 15th, 2019 (both days inclusive). Incremental fund to remain in
account at the end of the day, 11:59 pm of November 15th,2019.
 Criteria 2: Month end balance for November month should be higher than October 31
,2019 balance by at least Rs. 1 lakh. For the avoidance of doubt, the balance available
at the end of the day, 11:59 pm on 30th November,2019 will be considered for Criteria
2
 Criteria 3: Minimum 1 digital transaction* from 01st November to 30th November, 2019
(both days inclusive).

(minimum transaction amount of Rs1,000):

directly without any reference to ICICI Bank.
