Train to play like Liverpool F.C.

Principle 1:
Liverpool use their striker who drops back but also the midfielders play the ball directly in behind for the
wingers to run and latch onto. Coaches are encouraged to use these movements in their exercise.

Principle 2:
For liverpool, the fullbacks are also the ones who deliver the final switch and/or run into the space.

NOTE:
It is important to note that this exercise is a princple based approach and the formation in place can be
changed/altered accrodingly.
Fullbacks can be used instead of midfielders and their initial movement in the exercise can be changed.

Coaches are encouraged to add progressions/ regressions accordingly and we encourage you to stay
tuned for part 2.
