Professional Learning Plan

Relevant professional learning, based upon data-based problem solving (TIPS), is deeply aligned with the school improvement
plan. This learning is designed to support teachers and staff in acquiring the knowledge, skills and practices needed to implement the school
improvement plan with fidelity. Professional learning is not a singular “event.” Rather, professional learning is engaging and supportive of
professional growth for stakeholders and meaningful change for the school. The team will develop a professional learning plan and upload the
plan in NCStar no later than one month after the submission due date of the plan. This professional learning plan establishes
short- and long-term plans for professional development and its implementation.
