DONITA:

As Nelson Mandela says, “Education is the most powerful weapon which you
can use to change the world.” Education is the key to eliminating gender inequality,
to reducing poverty, to creating a sustainable planet, to preventing needless deaths
and illness, and to fostering peace. And in a knowledge economy, education is the new
currency by which nations maintain economic competitiveness and global prosperity.
Education is an investment, and one of the most critical investments we can
make. Education is seen as integral to enabling sustainable development around the
world and especially so in developing countries. From fighting poverty to providing food
security to curing diseases – education provides the tools needed to improve quality of
life both economically and sociologically in modern society. So a lot of faith is placed in
Education as a tool or weapon to change the world. The goal of education is to make
people wiser, more knowledgeable, better informed, ethical, responsible, critical and
capable of continuing to learn. Were all people to possess such abilities and qualities,
the world’s problems would not be automatically solved, but the means and the will to
address them would be at hand. Education also serves society by providing a critical
reflection on the world, especially its failings and injustices, and by promoting greater
consciousness and awareness, exploring new visions and concepts, and inventing new
techniques and tools. Education helps people to think clearly and critically on
various things and issues arising in the society. It helps more in
understanding assumptions and concepts. Though people give priority to
things that have direct or tangible benefits – education helps make them
more logical and provides clarity in thoughts by giving a visual image for
every concept.

JHAMAICA:
Education is simply to humanize the human beings. This is crucial definition
since people do not understand what education is. In fact, people see education for
merely just a formal activity. They tend to ignore the basic concept of the education
itself. All developing countries must have a good education system. Poor standards will
usually cripple the society. However, educated people will always find a solution to their
problems. Therefore, education plays one of the most important roles in the
development of nations. Modern society is based on people who have high standards
and knowledge which allows them to implement the best solutions for different
problems. After all, education means innovation. Innovation and creativity can only
occur when people are skilled enough to know how to operate with different
technologies and machines.
VENUS:
Education changes the world. Through Education individuals learn how to solve
problems in society. And applying learnt skills in the workforce of course leads to
experience and acquiring new knowledge through this experience. When this new
knowledge is applied, it has an impact on an individual level as well as an impact on
society at large. And so the process continues, creating new solutions for our world
today and its future.

We live in a knowledge based economy, where we probably have access to

knowledge more readily than ever before. But knowledge is deemed powerless if it is
not interpreted or applied correctly. And herein lies the “power” of Education – it is a tool
or a ‘weapon’ that shapes us as human beings, spilling over into society through the
actions of individuals who apply their acquired knowledge. The application of knowledge
in real life scenarios lead to problem solving, which in turn affects the socio-economies
of countries and eventually it contributes to world change.

LOREN:
Learning is the major factor which is related to education if you learn new things,
then you will educate more and more. Without the education you will not explore the
new ideas it means you will not able to develop the world because without ideas there is
no creativity and without creativity, there is no development. Across the world, we saw
that some country is more germinate and some are not. The country which is more
growing the more educated people ratio compares to the country which is less
developed. Education is the tool which provides people require knowledge, skill,
technique, and information and enables them to know their rights and duties toward
their family, society, and obviously nation. Education expands the vision, outlook to see
the world. Education develops the capabilities to fight the injustice, violence, corruption
and other factors. Just as a face is the mirror of the heart, level of education develops
the status of the nation.

JED:
Education is an essential tool for bright future for all of us. We can achieve
anything good in the life using the tool of education. Higher level of education helps
people in earning social and family respect and unique recognition. Education time is a
crucial part of life for everyone personally and socially. Education provides ability to
solve any big social and family and even national and international level problems. No
one of us can unseen the importance of education in the life in every aspect. It turns the
minds towards positivity in the life and removes all the mental problems and negativity.
Therefore, Education has the latent potential to initiate change, not only at the heart of a
person, but in society, and in time the world. It is this deep-rooted nature of change that
makes Education one of the most powerful weapons to impact the human race – to
change the world.
