During Fun Club participants will play active
sports and games. Activities are planned to
engage participants in physical activity and utilize
their energy in a productive way. We will also
interact with our peers while winding down from
our physical activity. We will explore various
activities, arts, crafts, and cooking.

A $25 service charge will be assessed on all participants to and from their homes, but
checks returned by the bank for any reason. driveways and walkways must be clear of
debris and obstacles.
9. All passengers must be sitting in seats or
wheelchairs with belts securely fastened in
the correct manner or the driver will not move
the vehicle.
10. CUSR staff is responsible for determining
whether or not a participant can be
transported safely.
11. Persons riding in Amigo-type wheelchairs or
strollers must transfer into a vehicle seat and
use a seat belt.
CUSR reserves the right to refuse to transport
individuals. These policies have been developed
to ensure safety of everyone riding in CUSR
vehicles.
