Lesson AIMS:
- to review vocabulary related to sports and activities
- to develop abilities of solving different exercises using new formed
words
-to solve exam type exercises
- to develop students speaking and writing skills

Objectives:
-to identify meanings from a given text
-to get used to solving different exercises
- to practice vocabulary related to sport
-to predict information from a text
-to develop abilities of speaking about different topics.
FUNCTIONS:
- choosing suitable words
- bringing arguments;
- supporting arguments with examples;

Students interaction: pair work, group work and individual work.


TIME: 50 minutes

Activity 1 (2 minutes) –Warm up


The teacher greets the students and asks who is absent.
She tries to create a positive atmosphere among students

Activity 1 (5 min) Lead-in


Teacher’s activity
She starts a short conversation about last time lesson and asks the
students to remember some sports that they read about during their
activity.
They are asked to write on the board some of the sports they
remember.
The teacher writes the title of their lesson and announces the
objectives.
They are revising previous information and solve exercises from the
unit.

Activity 2 (15 minutes)
Teacher’s activity
The students must predict what ‘’Online Gliding ‘’ represents and if
they know anything about it.
They must solve ex 2/62
