I am sorry for informing you so late regarding my resignation due to the Corona Virus and the immediate
implementation of Community Quarantine. Please accept this letter as notice of my resignation from my
position as KYC analyst effective April 15, 2020. Thank you so much for the opportunity to work in this
position for more than 3 years. I have greatly enjoyed and appreciated the opportunities I’ve had to
grow in this line of work. Also I have been very grateful to those people I have met and bond along all
these years of stay I had in HSBC. I am deeply thankful for the encouragement and guidance you and all
the management team have provided in pursuing my professional and personal growth objectives.
