1. Project Outline
1.1. Customer Requirement
Dredging locations proposed for a cutter-suction dredger is shown in Annex A. The location proposed is
the northern end of the reef away from the main island. The maximum distance between this site and
the furthest extent of the island is about 2.5 km. The quantity of good quality sand is not known and
geological survey is required to confirm it. Alternative sites have been proposed but all these sites have
varying risks to the reef and the proposed island.

1.2. Scope of Project

5.Terms and Conditions for the Construction work at the proposed site

1) GST of 6% is applicable on the above mentioned amount.

2) 35% of Payment upon Singing the Contract.
3) 55% of Payment progressively within 07 days upon receipt of invoice for the portions of
work completed monthly or weekly.
4) 10% Payment within 30 days upon Signing the Final Acceptance Certification
5) Valadity of the Quoatation is 15 days.
6) Client need to provide Nesssary permissions.
