Nurse : alright , i will train your hand .so that not to stiffen continuously.

Nurse : can you move your thumb to the righ an left

Patient : yes nurse , i feel pain nurse.

Nurse : hold on mrs, then move all your fingers one by one.

Patient : al right nurse.

Nurse : alright mrs, i am done giving intruction , you can rest.

Patient : yes nurse, thankyou.

Nurse : oke mrs.you’re welcome.

Patient : tri just went to the bathroom nurse

Nurse : try to remember again

Patient : yesterday i ate goat satay and there was a very spicy chili sauce

Nurse : you should not eat spicy ones first.

Patient : why nurse /

Nurse : because your stomach is inflamed

Patient : yes nurse, i won’t eat spicy food while in the hospital

Nurse : good , don’t repeat it again.

Patient : yes nurse

Nurse : ok get well soon mrs

Patient :ok nurse thankyou.
