Please read and understand these terms and conditions carefully before using our
website. By using any part of the website, you agree to these terms that we may introduce from
time to time. Any features or tools which are added to the site shall also be subject to the terms
and conditions. You can review the most current version of the terms and conditions at any time
on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these terms and
conditions by posting updates and/ or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check
this page periodically for changes. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, then you may
not access or use any of its services.
This website Avasiaonline is applicable for retail and personal use purchases only. All
transactions are subject to bank verification. We strive to do everything to respect the trust
customers we have in our product line and our commitment to your privacy is no exception.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. You can place an order either:
 On our website by adding goods to your cart; or
 By telephone number specified on our website.
2. You are responsible for ensuring that your order details are complete and accurate.
3. No contract exists between you and us, for the sale of any goods until we have received
and accepted your order and sent you confirmation in writing “Order Confirmation” to the
email address you gave at the time you order. At the time of acceptance, there is a
legally binding contract between us and the payment shall be taken by the method you
selected at the time of your order prior to dispatch. The Order Confirmation will set out:
 Your order number;
 Delivery date and method;
 Order summary including product details, the total cost of the goods ordered
(exclusive of VAT) and delivery charges;
 Your billing address;
 Your shipping address;
4. A further email will be sent to you when the goods are ready to be dispatched (“Dispatch
Confirmation”). The Dispatch Confirmation includes a link to enable you to view and
track your Order. You cannot make changes to your order after we have sent the
Dispatch Confirmation. 
ACCEPTABLE USE

This website is not intended to use by, or targeted to, anyone who are at least 12 years
old but not yet eighteen (18) years old, if so, you must review these terms with your parent or
guardian and you must understand and agree to these terms in order for you to use this
website. If you or your parent or guardian do not agree to these terms, then you must
immediately stop using this website.
You may not use our products for any illegal purposes nor may you, in the use of the
service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
A breach or violation of any of the terms and conditions will result in an immediate
termination of your account.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND PAYMENTS

We don’t accept Cash on Delivery as a form of payment. Avasiaonline supports only


50% upon purchase order through bank transfer. If payment confirmation is not received within
three (3) days, the order will automatically cancel.

We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be
placed by bogus buyers, limited quantities, fictitious account information and doubtful payment
scheme.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for
all purchases made in our website. You agree to promptly update your account and other
information, including your email address, credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we
can complete your transactions and contract you as needed.

PRICING POLICY

All prices displayed on the website are subject to change without any prior notice. This may
be due to the consequence of supplier price changes.
Every effort is made to ensure that the prices of our goods are updated and accurate at the
time you place your order. If an error is found, either before or at the time of our acceptance of
your order, we shall contact you either by telephone or by email using the telephone or by email
you provided to us at the time you order.
DELIVERY

The total delivery fees will be sent together with the payment instructions when we verify
your orders.

We shall ensure that the goods are accompanied by a delivery note which shows:
1. Your order number;
2. Delivery date and method;
3. Order summary including product details, the total cost of the goods ordered
(exclusive of VAT) and delivery charges;
4. Your billing address;
5. Your shipping address;

Delivery

1. Where do you deliver? We deliver within and outside Metro Manila.


2. How much will it cost to deliver my item/s? The cost of delivery is determined on the
size of the items in your order and the delivery location. The cost of delivery will display
on the checkout page.
3. What is the Delivery Lead Time? Delivery of an order may vary depending on courier
delivery lead time. To follow up on your order, you can text/call us at 09092923448 or
email us at sales@avasiaonline.com
4. Missed delivery? If you do not pick up your delivery, we cannot refund you. We suggest
that you ask a colleague or friend to pick up your delivery. Your pick-up site is not
responsible for holding on to your bag after your delivery day. Remember that you can
always put your subscription on hold when you know you’ll be away.

6. How do I order? Browse through our selection of products! After that, type in the
quantity (just below the item price) and click 'Add to Cart', to continue shopping, click
‘Continue Shopping’, to pay for your order, click 'Proceed to Checkout'. On the Checkout
Page, you must fill all the information required then select the type of payment, check
the checkbox if you agree with the terms and conditions and click ‘Place Order’ to finish
the transaction.
7. I ordered already and checked out but what will I do if I want to add some goods?
You can just order again (add to cart and checkout). Just let us know on the ‘Order
Notes’ section if you want us to deliver the two orders together.
8. Which browsers can I use to view Avasiaonline website? The website is compatible
with the latest versions of Firefox, Chrome and Internet Explorer. We recommend
Google Chrome.

Payment

9. What payment methods do you accept? We only accept payment through electronic
fund transfer via bank account.
