CONVERSATION BETWEEN NURSE AND PATIENT ABOUT BLOOD

PRESSURE MEASUREMENT

In a village a blood pressure measurement will be held free of charge which will be carried out at
the village hall and the inspection will take place at 08.00 am. The blood pressure snoring will be carried
out by several nurse from the nearest hospital. After a blood check, socialization on blood pressure will be
carried out.

Headman : Assalamualaikum wr.wb . Thank you for coming to this Village Hall because we have a
guest from the nursing staff from Sinar Terang Hospital to do a blood pressure check and also a
socialization about blood pressure.

Villagers : Waalaikumsalam wr.wb. Yes Mr

Headman : please ma'am, can start immediately

Nurse A : Assalamu’alaikum wr.wb. Good morning everybody my name is Nurse A and my

colleague Nurse B will do a blood pressure check on you ladies and gentlemen.

Villagers : Wa’alaikumsalam wr.wb, morning too nusrse, yes nurse.

Nurse B : Okey, we will immediately do a blood pressure check and we will call the names one by
one from all of you. Allright I will start the blood pressure examination from Mr.Dhiva.

Mr.Dhiva : Yes nurse, me. ( Leave the seat and come forward )

Nurse A : Sorry Sir Dhiva may I rolling up your sleeve to do an inspection.

Mr.Dhiva : Yes sure nurse.

Nurse A : Alright I’ll start checking it out ( While doing an inspection ).

Nurse B : Alright the next one Mrs.E(while going forward )

Mrs.E : Yes nurse me.

Nurse C : Alright everyone, after checking all the blood pressure here, I want to provide a little
counseling. So if Ms. and Mrs.'s blood is normal, then it must be maintained, such as maintaining food
patterns, resting, doing enough physical activity.

Nurse D : If the blood of Ms. and Mrs. is less than the normal limit, Ms. and Mrs. must maintain a
diet and eat foods that contain lots of vitamin B12 such as seafood, beef, mutton, chicken meat, milk and
eggs and eat foods containing folate such as bananas, avocados , broccoli and spinach.

Nurse C : And for mothers and mothers who have high blood pressure, avoid excessive stress, get
enough sleep, don't eat high cholesterol foods, and have to consume foods like tempeh, kiwi fruit, olive

or in different settings where you can measure your blood pressure. Many things, such as stress levels,
food or drink intake, activity levels, even time of day, can all affect a person's blood pressure reading at a
certain time.

Nurse D : In fact, there are studies published that show that there is blood that can change up to
20mm in a day. According to activity level, food or drink intake, stress, etc. This is why it is important to
take your blood pressure regularly, and review the overall trend of your blood pressure readings with your
doctor.
