Hello Mr. Volpe, Judge Offermann is the presiding judge in a custody matter involving Ms. Hartger's
minor child. There is currently a motion for change of custody that is under advisement after an
evidentiary hearing was conducted. I do not have any other comment to make on the file or your email.

Court files that involve Ms. Hartger are available for viewing, with limited access, online at the Court's
website, http://www.mncourst.gov under the Access Case Records tab. You can also access these files
at the three Dakota County courthouse locations (Hastings, Apple Valley, and West St. Paul) via public
access terminals.

To assist you in your search, here is the file number of Ms. Hartger's custody matter which is in front of
Judge Offermann (19AVFA15-2677). She is also involved in an order for protection case (19AVCV19-
2297) and at least one criminal case (19AVCR19-11836). These other two cases are not in front of Judge
Offermann.

Hopefully, this was of assistance to you.

Subject: [EXTERNAL] Fwd: Is a judge violating first amendment rights

Mr. Clementson,

my name is Michael Volpe. You clerk for Judge Offermann. Attached is a police report
where she reported on a litigant who was exercising their first amendment rights. What
is going on here? Why would your boss call the police to say that putting court
documents and speaking out is somehow harassing?
