ENGINEERING FOR SPECIFIC APPLICATIONS
Our company has a well earned reputation of developing new technologies and product innovations. Our
broad knowledge and agile manufacturing base allows us to produce at speeds and within budgets that
others have difficulty approaching. We achieve many of our results because we are experts in our field
and because we are adept at modifying our commercial off the shelf (COTS) products to meet the high
demands of military usage.
Our company began with a close relationship in contract manufacturing and our staff has decades of
combined experience. We have the expertise to bring a product from proof of concept prototype, to field
tested production and finally to full manufacturing on time and within budget.
I n In cooperation with Program Managers, elite military units and other end users, we have produced
several state of the art products that are currently in active service. Below is a short list of some of
those achievements.
Identification Friend or Foe (IFF)
The VIP™, VIPIR™ & Guardian™ series of products have been modified to include interactive
Friend or Foe capabilities. Several other features, from user field programming to digital remotes
have also been added. Further features will be released in the future as they are field tested. Please
refer to the 02608-7 Mockingbird ™ and 02610-0 Chameleon™ and Guardian™ Mockingbird™
in this catalogue for more details.

Our Achievement

We designed the original VIP™ in 1994 as the first palm sized multifunction LED light that uses
a unique ergonomic shape and rotary switch to activate a flashlight, marker and SOS visual
distress beacon. We built the VIP™ with a rugged and revolutionary body that melded the
housing to the circuit board as one solid unit. This design is still unmatched for its durability
and intrinsically safe properties.
Our trademark VIP™ series of lights has had many attempts at being copied but no one has ever pg. 11-12
matched its efficiency, dependability, or quality. The same virtues found in the VIP™ are built
into our Guardian™, Lazer Stik™ and Stealth Illuminator™ series of products.
