Style Questionnaire:
My Interpretation:
Based on the results from the style questionnaire, my task score comes at 42 and my
relationship score a little lower at 36. The task score falls in the middle of the high range and my
relationship score is in the lower end of the moderately high range. The task score measures
how I define roles of others in the group and setting the expectations as the leader of the
group. I am happy with my grade in this aspect as I personally believe I am a much weaker
people’s person as reflected in my relationship task score which measures how I make my
subordinates feel in the group with myself, and each other. From the results, it looks like
currently I will be a more practical leader and lead with my head and hands much more than I
have with my heart. I learned from doing this questionnaire that I need to be better with my
group members and that the previous personal leadership portfolio findings were accurate, and
it supported by this grade as well. I will strive to be more people- oriented in this group project
and show improvement in the relationship regard. In the future I want to be practical of course,
but also take into the account the social network of my group members and see how they
