ANNEXURE F - SAFETY REGULATIONS

ADWEA shall provide to the CONTRACTOR on SITE or wherever applicable, a copy of its Health,
Safety and Environment (HSE ) Regulations in respect of the WORKS on site. It shall be the
responsibility of the CONTRACTOR to ensure strict adherence to such Regulations.

Notwithstanding the CONTRACTOR’s own HSE procedures, the AGREEMENT shall also include
the cost to the CONTRACTOR of complying with ADWEA’s HSE requirements and other statutory
HSE requirements.

The CONTRACTOR’s HSE procedures shall include ecology and environmental impact policies.
