ADVISED THAT YOU SHOULD NOT CLICK AND ACCEPT THIS AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF AN ENTITY UNLESS YOU HAVE BEEN
AUTHORIZED TO BIND THAT ENTITY TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.

PUBLISHER MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

This Publisher Membership Agreement is between you (“you”) and Rakuten Marketing LLC, a limited liability
company organized and existing under the laws of Delaware, United States of America (“RM United States”), except
that if your business is headquartered in, or, if you are an individual, you reside in:
• Any European Economic Area (“EEA”) member state or Switzerland, then this Agreement is between you and
Rakuten Marketing Europe Limited, a limited liability company organized and existing under the laws of the
United Kingdom (“RM Europe”) and for purposes of this Agreement, you will be deemed to be a “European Region
Publisher.”;
• Australia, then this Agreement is between you and Rakuten Marketing Australia Pty Limited (“RM
Australia”) a proprietary company limited by shares organized and existing under the laws of Australia; and for
