animals. To, CM window via SHO Nangal Choudhary Subject : FIR for violation of the khaddar
(protection of Name) Act, 1950 with Trade Marks Act, 1999 direction of KVIC regarding. Greetings, It
has been learnt that: 1. The trade mark for word KHADI has been obtained by the KVIC , likewise logo
of khadi india also registered as trade mark and both copies are attached as ready reference 2. The
Khaddar Khadi also prohibit for any private person misused for commercial purpose, for profit gain. It
is further stated that a kotputli vala Khadi Bhandar, going to open tomorrow their business show room
at Nizampur Road, Sai Plaza, Nangal chaudhary as advertisement on whatsapp going on using mobile
7413979393 of Mukesh Kumar , without any authority , violating 188, 120-B, 420 IPC read with the
khaddar (Protection of Name) act, 1950 with trade marks Act, 1999 direction of KVIC , prohibiting
misuse of Khadi India. Hence FIR against all organizers promoters may kindly be lodged. Yours in
Scouting’s, Sd:- Naresh kadyan 14.01.2020 Naresh Kadyan , C-38, rose Apartment , Prashant Vihar,
sector -14, Rohini , Delhi – 110085. OPINION :- no. 243 Date- 06.02.2020 Opinion :- vide PUC
dated 20.01.2020, Ld. ASP Narnaul has sought opinion, whether any cognizable offence has been made
out or not in this case. A perusal of the file it reflects that Sh. Naresh kadiyan has moved an application
to CM window via SHO Nangal choudhary for registration of FIR U/S 188, 120B,420 IPC read with
the khaddar (protection of name ) Act, 1950 with Trade Marks Act, 1999 Direction of KVIC,
prohibiting misuse of khadi India. I have gone through PUC and the docoments attached with PUC and
am of the opinion that no conizable offence is made out as per the contents of the applications.
However, necessary intimation may kindly be send to director, khadi and village Industries
