NTPC invites bid for SG Package for various Projects

National Thermal Power Corporation has invited bids for Steam Generator Package for following Projects

• 2 x 800 MW Lara Super Thermal Power Project

• 2 x 800 MW Darlipali Super Thermal Power Project
• 2 x 800 MW Gajmara Super Thermal Power Project
• 3 x 800 MW Kudgi Super Thermal Power Project

The scope of work includes design, engineering, manufacture, shop fabrication, preassembly, shop testing/type
testing at manufacturer’s works, packing, transportation, unloading, handling and conservation of equipment at
site, complete services of construction including erection, supervision, pre-commissioning, testing , Commis-
sioning and performance testing of the equipment/system of Steam Generator and its associated auxiliaries in-
cluding all associated Electrical, Control & Instrumentation & Structural works. Each unit shall include but not be
limited to the following: Steam generator set complete with furnace/evaporator, separator, superheaters, re-
heaters, economizer, start-up drain re-circulation system, superheater and reheater desuperheating spray sys-
tems, soot blowing system, critical steam piping, auxiliary steam pressure reducing and desuperheating system,
Auxiliary steam piping, steam generator integral pipings, flash tanks, chemical dozing system, 2x50% forced
draft fans, 2x50% induced draft fans, regenerative air preheaters and steam coil air preheaters, coal pulverizers
and raw coal feeders, mill bunker building, TPs, conveyor galleries and its supporting trestles, 2x50% primary air
fans, 2x100% seal air fans, coal burners, Mill reject handling system, pulverized
fuel piping, ducting and dampers, fuel oil system comprising of HFO and LDO system, all structures, galleries /
walkways / roofing / platforms, passenger and goods elevators, refractory’s and insulation, complete control and
instrumentation system for steam generator and auxiliaries, soot blowing system, power cycle piping, equipment
cooling water system for steam generator and auxiliaries, plant & instrument air compressors, plant performance
analysis, diagnosis and optimization (PADO) System, Auxiliary boiler, vibration isolation & spring system, com-
missioning and performance testing of equipment under bidder’s scope of work, first fill and one year topping
requirement of consumables/chemicals, supply of special maintenance tools and tackles, erection materials and
consumables, spares etc.
