STEP:2 OBTAIN DIRECTOR
IDENTIFICATION NUMBER.
Director identification number is unique
number assigned by ministry of corporate
affairs. The number is allotted for life time
by the ministry unless it is surrendered or
witdhrawn.
The director of company shall obtain and
intimated the DIN while PRIVATE
COMPANY INCORPORATION.
Hence obtaining DIN is mandatory to be
appointed as director in company. The DIN
can also be used for appointment of any
other company and appointed as
designated partner.

STEP : 3 RESERVATION OF NAME
Before making an application to incorporate
and REGISTER PRIVATE LIMITED COMPANY
IN INDIA. The name of proposed company
shall be reserved. An application for
reservation of name of private limited
company shall made in e-form by manking
payment of requisite fees.
In one application you may provide only six
name along with the significance for
proposed name. so the register can enjoy

application.

 The name should be easy to spell and


remember.
 The name shall be able to provide a
distinct identification of company.

STEP : 4 CERTIFICATE OF
