2 RFQ SUBMISSION

2.1 General
LyondellBasell Australia Pty Ltd hereby invites you to submit a quotation for the provision of a
'Feasibility' phase study of the proposed Full HV&LV Switchboard Replacement project at the
LyondellBasell Geelong plant in accordance with the attached RFQ documents. References to this
invitation include all such documents.

If you elect not to submit a quotation, please indicate reasons and return all of the RFQ documents
within [7] days of receiving this invitation, but not in a manner giving the appearance of a sealed bid.
Please note that the contents of this invitation must be kept confidential regardless of whether or not

you submit a quotation.

Your submission of a quotation will constitute a representation that you have submitted a wholly bona
fide quotation and have not divulged your quoted price or prices to any person or body before the
closing time for the submissions of the quotation.

Bidders are required to submit their quotation response via email. Quotations sent by facsimile will
not be accepted.

You shall be deemed LyondellBasell's Terms and Conditions, unless SPECIFIC

to have accepted
EXEMPTIONS AND/OR ALTERATIONS
have been clearly noted in your quotation. Please note that
LyondellBasell may reject quotations which do not fully conform to LyondellBasell's Terms and
Conditions.

Bidder's General Terms and Conditions will not be accepted.

Note: The appropriate Avetta compliance will be required prior to any on-site works.

Refer to the Request For Quotation Package for the closing date of the RFQ.

All technical/commercial queries in relation to this RFQ or any of the documents attached are to be
directed to the contact nominated in the RFQ Package.

2.2 Acknowledgment of Receipt

The bidder is required to submit an ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF INVITATION TO QUOTE at their
earliest convenience by email to the Procurement Officer: Patricia.smith@lyb.com.

2.3 Site Visit

There will be a site visit on Thursday May 23rd, 2019 at 9:30 am AEST. The LBA PPE requirements
are to be followed. The site visit address is as follows:
