This visa application document checklist helps you check that you have included all of the necessary documentation that is required by the
Embassy of SaudiArabia Colombo to process your visa application.

Kindly bring the below documents for submission at the Visa Services Centre on your appointment date/ time:
‫ﺑرﺟﺎء اﺣﺿﺎر اﻟﻣﺳﺗﻧدات اﻟﺗﺎﻟﯾﺔ ﻟﻠﺗﻘدﯾم ﻓﻰ ﻣرﻛز ﺧدﻣﺔ اﻟﺗﺄﺷﯾرة ﻓﻰ ﺗﺎرﯾﺦ و وﻗت اﻟﻣوﻋد اﻟﻣﺣدد‬
1. Original and copy of the passport.
2. Passport should be valid for at least six months.
3. ENJAZ Form filled by the Visa Service Centre and signed by the applicant.
4. 2 recent passport size photos with white background
5. Passport must not contain any restriction and authorizes its holder to return to the issuing country.
6. Passport must contain at least two blank facing pages.
7. Visit Permit Issued by Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Ministry of Foreign Affairs
8. Proof of Relationship (Marriage Contract for married applicants and Birth Certificate for children). In case that the person for whom the Visa
is applied for is a brother or a sister, a Birth Certificate is required, and if not available, a proof of relationship must be obtained from the
Applicant’s country embassy.

advised by The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia results in fluctuations in the local currency rates against the USD on a
weekly basis, the Applicants are requested to check the website at least a day before their appointment date on the website
