Decentralization and the Local Government Code of 1991

Cite fifty (50) specific provisions of the Local Government Code that articulate each of the major forms of
decentralization in the context of the politico-administrative system in the Philippines. Each form should have
at least 10 pertinent provisions. As applicable, provide an example of how each of the provisions is actually
implemented.
