MANAGING YOUR SOLUTION OVERVIEW

Would you like to explore the configuration possibilities of the cloud

solution to find out how to adapt it to the business processes of your
company?

If so, follow this interactive demo.

(1) To start managing your cloud solution from the launchpad, choose the Manage Your
Cloud Solution app.

The Manage Your Solution overview is displayed.

The SAP S/4 HANA Guided Configuration is the content lifecycle

management tool for configuring and testing your SAP Best Practices. It
helps you to adapt the solution to your company´s needs without
disrupting the SAP Best Practice processes.

(2) To adapt the business processes to your needs, choose Configure Your Solution.

In the Configure Your Solution overview, a list of configuration possibilities

is displayed.

The list can be filtered by application area.

You can choose Start to open the respective configuration activity.

The More button contains collaboration functionalities like adding notes

and setting a status for an activity.

At the top of the screen you will find the information about the current
implementation status of the system, it is the Realize phase. This is
where most of the configuration activities are conducted.

(3) To configure, for example the Org Structure for the Finance application, choose Start.

Here you can set up and configure your organizational units. Dependent
customizing is automatically carried out in the background .

(4) To return to the Configure Your Solution overview, choose Back.

(5) To return to the Manage Your Solution overview, choose Back.

The Test Your Processes area provides you with prescripted test scripts
for delivered SAP Best Practices and allows you to check the
configuration of your business processes at any time of the
implementation.

(6) Choose Test Your Processes.

The Test Plans coloumn shows the status of the previously created test
plans and their associated processes.

(7) To display the process details of the E2E Scenario: Procuremnt Processing & Accounts
Payable for United States, choose Show Process Steps.

The process has several steps which can be edited using the Edit button.

Choosing Run Test starts the automatic test run in the background.

(8) To return to the Manage Your Solution overview, choose Back.

View Solution Scope provides an overview of the customer solution

scope.

(9) Choose View Solution Scope.

A list of all available business processes and their language version is

displayed as scope items.

(10) To display the details of the Sales Order Processing: Sale from Stock scope item,
choose Details.

A process description is provided. Detailed information on this business

process is available via the links to Process diagrams, Test scripts, and
Scope-item fact sheets.

(11) To return to the Scope Items overview, choose Close.

(12) To return to the Manage Your Solution overview, choose Back.

The Migrate Your Data area leads you to SAP SLT, where most data
migration objects are predefined for SAP Best Practice processes. SAP
SLT is valid for migration scenarios within new implementations or re-
implementations.

(13) Choose Migrate Your Data.

The status and progress of all available migration projects are displayed.
New migration projects can be created and started.

(14) To return to the Manage Your Solution overview, choose Close.

Learn More provides direct access to the SAP Learning Hub. You need a
user to access SAP Learning Hub.

(15) Choose Learn More.

The SAP Learning Hub opens. You can find more information in the SAP
S/4HANA Implementation and Configuration Learning Room and
collaborate with other users.

(16) To return to the Manage Your Solution overview, choose Close.

Manage Your Test Processes allows you to change the prescripted test
scenarios.

(17) Choose Manage Your Test Processes.

Here you can create, edit and delete test processes.

(18) To return to the Manage Your Solution overview, choose Back.

(19) To leave the app and return to the Launchpad, choose Home.
