1.0 Scope of work

XXX, a drilling and geological consultancy, was contracted by S & T Marble and
Mining Company, to drill and compile Exploration and Preliminary resource
3
estimate report on a marble deposit located at Ulanga, Mahenge District in
Morogoro Region.

Scope of work from exploration entails the following:

 Plan drilling on the targeted area.

 Log the core samples, correct measurement for: Lithologies, mineralization,
alteration, core structure measurement, Geotech logging, specific gravity
and sampling the core.
 Establish the drilled mineralized zones and it intercepts.
 Establish the geological continuity in relation to marble zones.
 Preliminary Resource Estimation on Marble (CaCO3) for Ulanga.

2.0 Executive summary.

This report summarises the Resource Estimation for Ulanga marble, project in Morogoro
Region. The Geological Resource in the study area consists of extensive marble resource.
This vast extensive zone of marble was modelled producing geology wireframes for
marble. All other geology rocks in the project area were also modelled. Topography was
modelled by using normal GPS surveyed collar coordinates in Leapfrog Geo.

Four diamond drill holes were drilled and all of them were involved in the modelling
process. The modelling method involved importing data, Drillhole locations, Drillhole
Survey Information and Downhole information for geology. Validation of the
modelling constraints was not required as the geology zones were modelled by implicit
modelling method in leapfrog geo software.

4
Densities Used:

Air and Voids = 0.0

Clayey Sand with Marble = 2.30

Fresh Marble = 2.50

The densities were applied to the model using solid wireframes representing the
geology domains identified in the drill hole logging.

3.0 Introduction

XXX, a drilling and geological consultancy, was contracted by S & T Marble and Mining
Limited, to drill and compile Exploration and Preliminary Resource Estimate Report on a
marble (CaCO3) deposit located at Ulanga Village, Mahenge District in Morogoro Region.
The information has been derived from drilling 6 exploration drill holes totaling 240.30
meters carried at 40 meters down dip. No samples were sent to Laboratory for Marble
(CaCO3) analysis

This report summarizes the data and methods used to produce the marble resources
report for Ulanga area. The scope of work that reported the resource modelling at Ulanga
area was as follows:

 Importing data.
 Drillhole locations.
 Drillhole Survey Information and Downhole information for geology.
 Solid Modelling, Resource Estimation and Resource Statement

4.0 Resource Estimation (RE) Procedures

4.1 Drilling
Total number of for (4) diamond drillholes totalling 122.30 metres (Diamond drillholes

namely BHID (01 to BHID04) were drilled at Ulanga Village in Mahenge by XXX(Figure 1

& 2) and (Table 2).

4.2 Data Verification
The data verification which did not take considerable amount of time was mainly verified in two

ways.

i. The first means of verification was to check back all the original exploration data from

the Exploration Database. The data checked included collar coordinates, down-hole

surveys and lithology. The verification revealed NO deviations in collar data. In the

assay data, blanks and zeros within the Access database were omitted.

ii. Every hole was re-visited once again in section and plan during the displaying

process, and their validity was checked visually in relation to surrounding drillholes

in Leapfrog Geo, MapInfo Professional and Flat database.

4.3 Geological Interpretation

The wireframes/solids were created for the geology domains to be used in the resource
estimation. With Mahenge project four geology zones were delineated based on Soil, Mica Schist,
Residual Marble and Marble lithologies using implicit modelling method in leapfrog Geo.
Weathering profiles of the geology rocks was also modelled as oxide and fresh zones.

Densities Used:

Air and Voids = 0.0

Clayey Soil = 2.3

Alternating Weathered and Fresh Marble = 2.50

The densities were applied to the model using solid wireframes representing the
geology domains identified in the drill hole logging.

15
4.4 Solid Model Validation
An important step in any resource estimation is to validate the solid models after they have been

created. Mahenge marble project geology resources models were validated by implicitly

modelling in leapfrog geo.

6.0 INTERPRETATION AND RECOMMENDATION

Drillhole spacing involved in this resource estimation is NOT sufficient enough. So, the Ulanga

marble project estimated resource category is an inferred resource, therefore needs much more

drilling to improve the confidence level of the resource.

7.0 CONCLUSION

The Ulanga marble deposit whose resources has been estimated in this report shades light to

marble deposit which can warrant investment. However, to increase the level of investment

confidence on the resources estimated, more drilling within the project area is recommended.
