Criteria:

1. Attendance (30%)
 No/with the least late and under time (15%)
 No/with the least sick leave or emergency leave (15%)

2. Productivity (30%)
 Accounting associates - Early accomplishment of tax compliance [set internal deadline with
exceptions of those that are client dependents] (20%)
 Admin/Liaison – No late submission/accomplishment of given task, provided that all
requirements are available.
 Overtime threshold (10% or 8 hours per cut-off) (10%)

3. Others (20%)
 Helping hand – assisted/covered other associate’s work [basis: casting of votes (PBB edition) –
choose 1 person and describe why he/she deserves] (15%)
 Important contribution – discovery of easier way to prepare manual trial balance,
prepared cheat sheet as guidelines in filing BIRs returns (5%)

4. Following of rules (20%)


 On time submission of OT Request form [30 minutes prior to end of shift], unless there
is an exemption
 Weekly submission of status report
 Proper email correspondence:
i. Format – subject, greetings, etc.
ii. Acknowledgement of email received
PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL REPORT

SCORING:

 1 (no increase) – met expectation


 2 (3-5% increase) – exceeded expectation
 3 (6-8% increase) – exceeded expectation with high performance
 4 (9-12% increase) – exceeded expectation + contribution to the team (e.g. introduced software
which helps the vouching of expenses easier)
 5 (15% increase) – exceeded expectation + contribution to the company (e.g.
