2. Insights (What new insights or learnings did you gain in discussion/


activity?)

i. Before reading the article/understanding the lesson, I thought that the


human behavior is not reliable since we all have our different aspects and
different beliefs that can affect the human behavior. However, reading the
article/understanding the lesson, I now think/realize there are a big
percentage that it can be reliable since there are studies and researches
that supports the fact that some behaviors can be present in all persons.

ii. Before reading the article/understanding the lesson, I thought that


studying and learning about the human behavior can be difficult since we
all have our unique behavior that we develop from time to time. However,
reading the article/understanding the lesson, I now think/realize It is
possible to understand themselves since there are researches about the
human behavior that can help answer this kind of questions

iii. Before reading the article/understanding the lesson, I thought Emotions


and Feelings are the same . However, reading the article/understanding
the lesson, I now think/realize Emotions and feelings are very different
from each other. Feelings are subjective or personal. and in the other
hand, emotions are objective or universal. With that, we can say that
everybody can show emotions but different feelings because each of us
has its unique characteristics.

i. How does a person really rely their decision? How can it affect the
person?
ii. How does a person that can alter their feelings from what they really
want to show considered to have a high level of Emotional Quotient?
iii. How does self-concept and identity differ to each other?
