Introductory Session

(Interaction with students to give them brief idea about the minor/major project)

(Faculty members display their respective areas of expertise so as students may chose
their guide as per their area of interest)

Formation of Groups
(Students interact with each other and likeminded students come up in group with their
common topic of interest)

Guide Selection
(Student groups visit the faculty members whose area of expertise match their topic of
interested)

Weekly Feedback
(Weekly feedback is taken from the students for all the subjects on every Monday over the topics taught in

(Feedback analysis is done for individual faculty member on Monday itself)

Weekly Review Meeting


(A weekly review meeting is called by the head of department on Tuesday to discuss the feedback with
respective faculty individually)

Feedback is Positive Feedback is Negative

Appreciation Discussion
(A letter of Appreciation is given by the Head of (Discussion with the concerned faculty member about the
Department to the respective faculty member) problem she/he is facing regarding a particular topic or
student.

Technical Incompetency
(Faculty member is nominated to attend STTP or MOOOC on
respective topic)

Flawed Teaching Methodology


(Faculty member is nominated to attend STTP/FDP on teaching
methodologies and pedagogical activities)
Departmental Meeting 1
(A Departmental Meeting is called by the Head at the beginning of semester once the departmental Calendar,
subject allocation and time table is finalized to discuss with faculty members timeline of course completion)

Departmental Meeting 2
(A Departmental Meeting is called by the Head one week prior the Class Test and target CO attainment levels and
percentage of syllabus and number of COs to be covered is discussed)

Draft Question Paper Submission


(All the faculty members are asked to submit their draft question Paper to the Head of Department four days prior
the Class test)

Departmental Meeting 3
(A Departmental Meeting is called by the Head two days prior Class Test to discuss the question papers submitted by
respective faculty members with all other members and their valuable suggestions are taken)

Final Question Paper Submission


(All the faculty members are asked to submit their final question Paper after incorporating all the suggestions in a
sealed packed envelop to the Head of Department a day before the Class test)
