APPOINTMENT LETTER

With reference to your application and subsequent interview we are pleased to inform
you that you have been Appointed as a “Project Engineer“ at Samarttha Buildcon
w.e.f.15.01.2018 as per terms and condition mutually discussed and agreed.

You shall join your duty on 15 th January 2018 along with the list documents annexed
with this Appointment letter at Office for induction and which you would be deputed to
your place of duty with the following terms and conditions.

Gross Salary Rs. 55000/-P.M - (Deduction of Taxes as per Applicable)

1. You shall be working in the Engineering Department.

2. Your services are liable to be terminated either on “ One Month “ notice or salary in
lieu thereof, if at any stage the management does not find your performance
satisfactory.
3. If you intend to leave the organization, you will have to give “ One Month “ prior
notice in writing to the management, failing which your reliving letter & experience
certificate will stand, withheld
4. Your leave and other benefits will be as per Company policy.
5. You will be responsible for the safe keeping and return in good condition and order
of our property which may be in your use, custody, care or charge.
6. You shall not divulge without the consent of the employers any information relating
to business of the company.

7. You shall devote full time to the service of the company and shall not permit
yourself to the employed for gain or reward elsewhere.
8. You will keep us informed of any change in your residential address.

9. If you absent yourself without leave or remain absent beyond the period of leave
originally granted or subsequently extended, you shall be consider as having
voluntary terminated your employment without giving any notice unless you:

a) Return to work within 8 days from the commencement of such absence and
b) Give any explanation to satisfaction of the management regarding such absence.

Please sign a copy of this letter as a token of your acceptance and return the same to
us for our records.
