800 Veuve Clicquot NV Brut Yellow Label................. $130.00

Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label is a perfect example of
harmony between delicacy and power. This wine has a
firm structure, rounded with a touch of Pinot Meunier.
Well-balanced and pleasantly fresh to taste, with a
remarkable fruity structure.

860 Veuve Clicquot 2000 Rosé Reserve.. .................... $185.00

The nose reveals intense aromas of red and black fruits,
enhanced with a touch of spices (pepper, vanilla). In the
mouth the fruitiness recalls that of the superb nose and
is particularly dense. The wine also has an astonishingly
long finish.

808 Taittinger NV Brut Prestige Rosé......................... $165.00

Taittinger Cuvée Prestige Rosé is intense cherry-pink
in color with extremely fine, persistent pinpoint bubbles
rising in delicate strands to the surface of the wine. Its
classic, aromatic Pinot fragrance of red raspberries and
strawberries is offset by elegant, subtle, floral and earth
nuances. On the palate, the ripe, full berry flavors are
vibrant yet refined, delicately balanced by a fresh acidity
which carries into a crisp, refreshing finish of
persistent length.
848 Louis Roederer 2000 Brut.. .................................... $175.00
Sweet nose of caramel, light yeast and apple. Very
creamy, with a meld of malty beer flavors and a nice
integration of lemon-lime acidity. Focused with a ribbon
of caramel and butter that linger throughout the
spicy close.

890 Schramsberg 2000 “J. Schram” (Carneros)............. $195.00

The 2000 J. Schram exhibits aromas of pineapple
with melon and apple cider along with citrus notes of
orange peel and lemon custard. A creamy yet refreshing
wine, it has a long, quenching, seamless finish.

lingering finish that is topped off by a hint of ripe red fruit
and a firm structure.

833 Veuve Clicquot 1998 Brut “La Grande Dame”......... $400.00

On the nose, floral and mineral aromas (acacia, ferns,
chalk). This aromatic, impressively complex bouquet
is confirmed in the mouth. On the palate, the wine is
clear-cut and pure, perfectly balanced with a delightful
silky smoothness.

816 Veuve Clicquot 1998 Brut Rosé............................ $875.00

“La Grande Dame”
The first nose is very expressive, with strawberry,
pink grapefruit, and quince notes, with pepper and
cinnamon at the forefront against a refined mineral
background. The extraordinary aromatic strength
and impressive structure are balanced on the palate
by a surprising freshness which is omnipresent from
beginning to end.
831 Pol Roger 1998.. ..................................................... $595.00
“Cuvee Sir Winston Churchill”
The Cuvée Sir Winston Churchill was created as a tribute
to the great man, as he was a close friend of the Pol-Roger
family and long time consumer of the champagne. The
Cuvée is consistently made in the style he preferred: robust,
full-bodied, relatively mature and dominated by Pinot Noir
which contributes firmness and backbone complemented
by the ethereal elegance of Chardonnay. The Cuvée is
composed of the only the finest grapes from the very best
vineyards (and only those from within the Champagne area
under vine in Sir Winston’s day), chosen for declaration in
only the best vintage years.

869 Salon 1996 Blanc De Blanc “Le Mesnil”........... $695.00

Wouldn’t it be lovely if we could drink Salon Le Mesnil
every day? An incredibly beautiful, sophisticated,
lavishly appointed bubbly with an exquisite blend of
aged yeast notes smelling of lightly toasted brioche
layered atop scents of vanilla, Meyer lemon, chalk
and minerals, all in the most seamless and creamy of
fashions. This wine is easily the most impressive in
almost any grouping of world-class champagnes.

888 Moet & Chandon 1999 Brut................................... $350.00

“Dom Pérignon”
This wine is full of life, with a fresh nose that dances
through a spiral of aromas, blending hints of angelica,
dried flowers, pineapple, coconut, cinnamon, cocoa
and tobacco.

818 Moet & Chandon Dom Pérignon....................... $1,000.00

1990 Œnothèque
A ripe, stellar vintage. In its second release, the wine
is radiant, with a manzanilla-like note on the nose.
Vibrancy is the word here, with fresh fruit and brioche
on the nose, and a rigid mineral backbone. But there’s
density and an expansive texture behind that, with a
long, diaphanous finish and high acidity.

“My only regret in life is that I

did not drink more
Champagne.”

087 Vesper Martini

This drink was reputedly invented by Gilberto Preti
(formerly of Duke’s Hotel in London) for Ian Fleming,
who used it in his first James Bond novel, Casino
Royale, published in 1951. “A dry martini,” Bond said.
“In a deep champagne goblet, three measures of Gin,
one of vodka, half a measure of Kina Lillet. Shake it well
until it’s very cold, then add a thin slice of lemon peel.
Got it?”

073 Dark N’ Stormy

Referred to as Bermuda’s national drink, the Dark N’
Stormy supposedly originated at the Royal Officer’s
Club. Black Rum, Bitters, and Ginger Beer.

056 Golden Lillet Martini

This smooth, golden, buttery tipple of ours made it
into Food & Wine Cocktails 2008. Rhum Barbancourt,

this cocktail, reminiscent of an interlude in the soft
summer grasses. A concoction of muddled blueberries
and ginger with gin and St. Germain Elderflower
liqueur.

091 El Diablo
This mysterious variation on a “buck” was invented in
California during the 1940’s. Tequila, Ginger Beer with
