Project Profile: Welspun Group (Welspun) is a business conglomerate, manufactures, markets, and exports terry
towels, bed sheets, cotton yarn, polyester filament yarn, textile and Pipes Line based in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Its
other operations include Steel, Steel pipes, Infrastructure, Energy and Oil & Gas. It also produces Terry Towel which is
Asia's largest & world’s 2nd largest home textile company Welspun India Ltd. It is the second largest manufacturer of
large diameter pipes in the world through its subsidiary Welspun Corp Ltd.

Roles & Responsibilities:


 Worked on primary def. of company, Company code, Fiscal Year Variant, Chart of Accounts, posting period
variant, field status variant, tolerance groups, Document Types and Document Number ranges
 Involved in creation of account groups for GL, creation of GL Master Data, defining of vendor/ customer
groups and creation of Vendor master and Customer master data
 Implementation of SAP FI module involving enterprise level customization and specific settings for FI-
GL/AP/AR and Funds and Grants Management module

Project Profile: The project named "Advaita" means "the one for all" is implemented in multiple phases and covered
the end-to-end life cycle management of all the processes and functions of all 3 campuses of the Institute i.e. Roorkee,
Saharanpur and Greater Noida.

Roles &Responsibilities:
 Managing Go-Lived system change requirement while handing 2nd phase of implementation in Indian
Institute of Technology Roorkee of the same project
 Studied Client business process and understand their requirements for implementing Funds & Grants
