* Gerrit, are you saying you were all along rights that Judge Walker in his 84 pages judgment
made clear to deny/interfere with the right of a person to practice his/her religion is
unconstitutional?

I may add that within S116 of the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act 1900 (UK) we
have the same legal principle embedded in this constitution.
* Why would you care when you do not practice any religion?
**#** As a constitutionalist it is not relevant what I personally do or may not do as what this is
about is the rights of all persons regardless if they follow any particular religious belief that they
can do so without being obstructed, I for example have my non-religious beliefs to enjoy myself
at Bunnings hardware stores and do there my exercises such as walking through aisles. That is
my rights as much as anyone can attend to a place of worshipping.

For example, I outline that it is claimed that the testing being done for the COVID-19 is 80%
inaccurate. Also that in our bodies we have “Exosomes” which now the claimed COVID-19
appears to be identically with. As such it appears that this COVID-19 is something that is given a
new name of an old items that exist all along in our bodies. I am not a medical experts but from
the numerous video’s and other written material I view that this might be plausible. “Exosomes”
allegedly are in every human body to fight invasion of the immune system.
As I did set out in this document with reference of a NYC doctor, who made clear that the
patients he attends to suffering from something completely new not a virus at all and that for
many using ventilators could actually kill them.
I also came across statements that in particular where countries has mandatory immunisations the
elderly in particular have then a lower immune system defence and so more likely to die. And as
a Dr dealing with death certificates made clear the direction is to list COVID-19 as a cause of
death even if one merely “assume” that the person was infected with COVID-19. Meaning that
the death toll relating to COVID-19 is substantially fabricated with false figures. People who
may have died because of the flu with similar systems are now claimed to have died because of
COVID-19. And, let us not ignore other issues I outlined. Dr Fauci, senior medical advisor on
Today Show 29 February 2020:
"No. Right now at this moment, there is no need to change anything that you're doing on a day-
by-day basis. Right now the risk is still low, but this could change. I've said that many times,
even on this program."

And as I understand it on 18 October 2019 Bill Gates was peddling the message that we needed
to consider a pandemic, while his organised EVENT 201 was then the same day making clear
that there would be a need to create a market. And there is a lot more to it all as both medical
advisers to President Donald Trump being Dr Today Show, February 29; Mardi Gras was
February 25, but of course the celebration goes on for weeks ahead of that.
Host: "So Dr. Fauci, it's Saturday morning in America, people are waking up right now with real concerns
about this. They want to go to malls, and movies, maybe the gym, as well. Should we be changing our habits?
And if so, how?"

Dr Fauci and Dr Birx are also associated with the Bill and Malinda Gates organisation which is
associated with peddling pharmacy items. Most of the mask I see people wearing in

People who wear useless mask might in error rely upon them and place themselves in risky
circumstances which they may not do without a mask. I do not bother to use any.
* If the flu symptoms are about the same as CORONAVIRUS then who knows the difference?
**#** Well perhaps that is why the Victorian Government now seeks to test those who suffer
with the flu, so perhaps they too can be categorized as COVID-19 sufferers. After all the
“LOCKDOWN” needs to be pretended to have some justification so reclassifying flu sufferers as
COVID-19 sufferers may keep it going. There is also a question about the Chinese Government
claim that it came from bats as reportedly no bats were for sale in that area. There is however a
virus laboratory nearby. Remember the same with the Skriptal’s in the UK near a virus
laboratory?
* What do you suggest?
**#** Firstly the various Australian governments should without delay pursue clarification of
they were misled by the scientist like the so called ”Global warming” claim and if indeed the
claimed “COVID-19” is actually the ordinary “Exosomes” that fight intruders to the immune
system. Also, there should be a clear definition as to when is a person’s death recorded as to the

precise cause of death and not merely some guess work to overinflate the real death causes. To
claim on a death certificate that a person died because of COVID-19 where the real cause of
death may have been unrelated to COVID-19 in my view is absurd. Indeed, the body’s immune
system as I understand it uses Exosomes when a person is under duress, ill health and a host of
other things as I listed in the 97 page document and as such placing people in fear and under
duress to effectively give them unconstitutional house arrest is exacerbating the problems.
We need to take politics out of it all and demand that every scientist making claims proves what
he/she is talking about is factual and not merely illusive nonsense.

We also should keep in mind that many of those scientist have their own (financial) agenda to
ensure that pharmacy companies are able to sell their products. Often because of kickbacks they
can get in some form or another.
*.Do you support the lockdown principle?
**#** Form spending months on researching the issue in my view the entire LOCKDOWN is a
sheer waste of time. We would have been better of to have kept the economy going.
When you consider all those cruise ships with their eventual deaths where they all were using
%G communication then it would have make far more sense to lockdown the 5G system and
have proper testing done. If indeed the 5G system caused a breakdown of the immune system
and other problems that people as result have the symptoms that this NYC doctor was referring
to then in my view it is grossly incompetent for any political leader not to immediately address
this issue. The same with the relationship of compulsory immunization versus the higher level of
deaths in those communities may also be a warning sign to better rethink the entire immunization
project. If it actually result to killing the elderly rather than to protect them from harm.
I understand from reports that Bill Gates is promoting to reduce the human population by about
10% and in fact it was reported that where free immunizations were provided in Africa then the
death toll of children having been immunized soared.
*. Is this genocide?
**#** Well those who want to protect the earth will claim it is justified. But eventually if the
human race dies out then Earth might end up like the Moon or Mars. All they are trying to do is
to speed it up. And well our politicians seems to ignore their own descendants will suffer the
consequences of their terrible bad decisions they are now making.
*.I assume you prefer back to normal?
**#** In my view no one who has been found to suffer of a particular illness that can jeopardize
the general community should simply return to work. Be free to movement in society. It is
nonsense to claim that Aboriginals are vulnerable and so travelling to them is prohibited not only
because it violates the legal principles of ss51(xxvi) that no laws can be made against the
“general community” but also when a funeral of 80 people can be allowed where many may
come from area’s of lockdowns. The same with the wedding where about 30 people can be seen
standing against each other for a family photo while others are limited to 5 persons. And
considering various Members of Parliament taking their family to the beach, going shopping, etc,
then this underlines they do themselves not agree with the mantra their government is spruiking.
*.What about this absurd high fines of $1,652 in Victoria even just to walk in a park of drive
your car?
**#** In my view this is all unconstitutional. It shows this is more about collecting monies
under a form of terrorism and extortion. How need terrorist to come from another country where
our own homegrown terrorist politicians are doing their job. Let it be clear that despite all those
claimed concerns about the health and wellbeing of the elderly, etc, I am not aware that any

government provided emergency food parcels for them. This whole “State of Emergency”
declaration simply has in my view no constitutional validity as I wrote to the Human Rights
Commissioner. Are we now going to have for every flu period the same lockdowns? After all a
lot more people die of the flu then did of this claimed COVID-19.
If they had a real interest to look at after the health and wellbeing of the general community then
why had Premier Daniel Andrews not pursued this regarding his 2003 claim that every Victorian
is entitled to access of Safe Drinking Water? Well it seems in 2020 we have still large swaths in
the Mallee without Safe drinking Water and well to no surprise because reportedly the Water
corporation GWMWater is owned by the State. So poising anyone in the process with using
“UNTREATED” water for food production seems to me to be no skin of his nose. Not a single
Victorian politicians seems to have held Daniel Andrews accountable for this. If one day their
own child may become victim and even dies then well they can proudly claim they could have
likely prevented it but didn’t care less.
*.Are you not a bit harsh on politicians?
**#** Not at all. The rot they implement with a total disregard to the general community should
never have been accepted. I understand there are people who would like to pursue a rebellion as
they are fed up with the transgressions to their constitutional rights. I rather prefer to use my
writings.
*.How is Olga taking it.
**#** She lost her cool a few days ago and well I just let her be. No use to argue against her. She
now has calmed down. I mean how many years has she likely remain to live and now she (at 87
and was not long ago in ICU for Heart Failure) cannot even see her heart Specialist in person but
has to do it via telephone? It means the specialist cannot properly assess her. She phoned a
hairdresser and actually asked her how is she going to be able to cut hair with a 1.5 metres
required distance! Her dentist also made clear no dental appointments can be made. You may ask
how is a dentist going to fill a cavity from 1.5 metres distance?
*.Are you not concerned?
**#** There is this Chief Commissioner Fuller in NSW who is allegedly investigating the Ruby
Princess incident but I view he should work together with the Australian Federal Police as after
all Minister of Health Greg Hunt I view is the man who was missing in action when it was his
responsibility to decide issues regarding those on board on the Tuby Princess.
*.What would you suggest the prime minister and premiers should do now?
**#** Each of them should call in their medical advisors and make clear they do not want some
crap about number of deaths of COVID-19 cases on assumptions but they each want proper
records to rely upon. Also that each doctor discloses any financial connection with any
pharmaceutical entity or otherwise that they receive some form of kickback. Also that there is a
back-checking of those declared to have died of COVID-19 by having autopsies done to establish
the truth. Let us be clear about it closing down a state is not a minor issue. Driving people crazy
to be locked up in some high rising apartment staring at 4 walls cannot be tolerated by mere
deception.
I understand there is now even discussions to close down the internet so that only the government
can publish its mantra regardless of any FAKE NEWS it presents.

 * Prohibiting Internet and phone services from being shut off until 30 days after the
current public health emergency has ended:
* Prohibiting all service downgrades, service reductions, or late fees due to
nonpayment unless they are imposed in accordance with a policy approved by the
Board of Public Utilities; and
* Requiring reconnection of any Internet or phone service that was disconnected due
to nonpayment after March 16.
I today (by Optus) had my mobile phone disconnected due to the expiry of the prepaid simcard
and well Olga went in panic mode because she had to contact the staff of her Heart Specialist for
tomorrow. I was able to use the simcard for my computer to still let her make the call but to me
this was an utter disgrace by Optus to in time of such circumstances blatantly ignore to act
positive towards customers. After all, the Appointment was originally was set for an in-person
meeting on 15 April 2020 but suddenly, today we discovered, was changed to telephone
consultation. And, this in my view shows the lack of real assistance to a person who suffers
Hearth Failure and other serious ill health issues. No government organization was really
available to avoid this kind of problematic issue in the first place. One has to ask then how many
others might likewise be left in the deplorable conditions and here we have a Prime Minister and
politicians all having their mantra while in reality the very people they claim to care for are
blatantly ignored. If anything, their circumstances are made worse.
*.Do you view that Optus should have automatically extended the simcard date because of the
State of Emergency declaration?
**#** We hear a lot about how the governments need to support businesses and yet here we have
a clear example where Optus in my view was utterly heartless. It should have automatically
without any request extended the simcard period.
*.But surely there has to be a limit to how many calls you can make?
**#** Actually numerous pre-paid simcards we used merely is so that in emergency Olga can
use it and non-calls at all are made so Optus could have checked the records to have known that
over the years many prepaid simcards never were used for phone calls or sms messengers at all.
As such, let not make a case they (Optus) are going to be send broke for extending a pre-paid
simcard in the prevailing circumstances.
*.Getting back to the religious issue, what do you recommend?
**#** That politicians are first of all acting within the provisions of the constitution, and not
despite of it. That they in no way interfere with peoples constitutional rights to gather.
Regardless if a person seeks divine communication in their own particular way or just to walk in
a park enjoying being in a community environment accept that to deny any person their
constitutional rights can only be if a court of competent jurisdiction was to issue an order based
upon legal validity of facts that it is just to deny a particular person their constitutional rights. For
example incarceration as punishment of having been found guilty of a crime. But, you cannot
have politicians making unilateral decisions to deny anyone their constitutional rights merely
based upon some claims by scientist/doctors, etc. Are we next going to have this applied because
of the scientist claims that there is a “Global warming” well renamed “Climate change”? As if
the climate never changed before.
We need to return to the organics and legal principles embed in of our federal constitution!
