The Token

This is the yearly renewal period for the various and numerous issues in our life, yet none is more
precious nor worthy of our attention, consideration and devotion than what is about to be imparted unto
us!

They say that Christmas is the most celebrated times for either marriage or an engagement. Indeed, during
this same period of time, I am told of a plethora of things….but namely:

I am told in the Word of God to believe— yet, what am I to believe?

I am instructed and prodded to look, nevertheless —to what or to whom, am I to look?
What is to be the object of my hope, belief, and confidence?
The reply is simple: The object of faith is the infant named Jesus...He is the Christ!

How many make a mistake about this and think that they are to believe on God the Father! May I say to
you, belief in God is an after-result of faith in Jesus? We come to believe in the eternal love of God the
Father as the result of trusting the precious One, Whom is the Son.

I say this, for who, going on a date, quickly enjoys the benefits and is welcomed into the home, until a
relationship has been struck, and only then are you invited in as family.

Now my friend, this token we are to receive, just as any token, it can be redeemed only at one place. It
has two sides to it, and typically, the face of the giver is on one along with the establishment, while on the
other, its value may also be affixed upon the taken.

Do you have yours? Now there are some, who make the mistake of looking to this token in the work of
God the Holy Spirit. They look within to see if they have certain feelings. If they find them, their faith is
strong; but if their feelings have departed from them, then their faith is weak. Thus, they look to the work
of the Spirit, which is not the object of our faith. Nor the means of the token!

However, for our business, if you would be freed, it is neither by trusting the Spirit nor with looking to
the Spirit, but looking to Christ Jesus, and to Him alone. I know your salvation depends on the whole
Trinity, yet, the first and immediate object of a sinner's justifying faith is neither God the Father, nor God
the Holy Spirit, but God the Son, incarnate in human flesh, and offering atonement for sinners. “THIS is
the GOD NEWS!” God Incarnate!

Why Three Gifts

Gold= Kingship, Frankincense = Priesthood & Myrrh = Sacrifice

The gifts therefore were prophetic in nature to represent Jesus Christ as being King, Priest and Sacrifice.
These same gifts, in only a few months shall be once again manifested as we celebrate His death and
resurrection.
My friend, His token has a singular purpose, and may only be used by the one who received it, and its
entry allows for a myriad of consolations.

May I say that during this period of renewals, forward plans and all other factors, which shall scurry
about during these last few weeks of this year, do give reasonable time, consideration and effort to the
one purpose behind it all.

Now then, may I provide you with the flip side of this token, which, like the rainbow after the flood, was
God’s promise to humanity that there shall come another promise, in the form of the prelude prior to
Easter:

Token’s Flip Side

Around two to three weeks prior to Easter, and equally there after, look to the very top of the Evergreen
trees, and you shall behold a spectacle of nature! Most, if not all evergreens, shall, upon the very ‘tippy,
top’, have a fleshy colored stem , arising ~ 8 inches tall, and just below this stem ~ 2 inches shall be
lateral appendages, “Cleary visible from the roadside and or the ground, is the appearance is of a
Cross.” Now I assure you, this shall not be as though they were vague appearances, which we tend to
make from the strolling clouds against the sky, but real and clearly distinct Crosses.

This, my friend is God’s banner atop a tree, signifying what the purpose was, that wood did during this
period for all Humanity! Recall this and behold the miraculous declaration!
