and clearly stated. I really like the use of personal
experience and the different strategies she hopes to
implement. I would love to see some elaboration on
topics such as influencing academic success,
promoting comfort and safety, and encouraging high
expectations. I also like how Madison implemented the
cognitive and constructivist styles of teaching;
however, to strengthen her paper, I feel that direct
citations/references could truly reinforce her hopes and
ideas.
