PLEASE NOTE:
• An Application Fee of R500 is payable.
• A Deposit of R7 200 and a Non-Refundable Placement Fee of R10 800 per child are payable to confirm enrolment once a
place has been offered.
• The Deposit is refundable when a child leaves Somerset House – provided that a full Term’s notice is given, and all
outstanding amounts have been settled.
• Fees are payable in advance by debit order on the 1st business day of the month in 10 equal instalments, being February to
November.
• A 3.5% Rebate is offered on advance payment of the Total Annual Fee by no later than the 31st of January 2020.
• A 10% Discount on the Total Annual Fee is available for the 3rd sibling (youngest) currently enrolled at Somerset House.
• A full Term’s written notice is required should you wish to withdraw your child from Somerset House. If such notice is not
given, 25% of the Total Annual Fee will be due and payable in lieu of such notice period.
• Somerset House reserves the right to disallow a child to return to school should the account be in arrears.
• Statements will be e-mailed on a monthly basis where such information has been provided to the school.
• All other incidental charges, including Music Lessons and Learning Support Fees, will be raised and become due and
payable monthly.
