Excretion cycle

Hello everyone, we are from group 3 we will explain about excretion system in kidney, my
name is. will explain about the first material, excretion is the process of removing residual
substance in the body. Excretion happens in liver, skin and kidney. Now we want to tell you
about excretion in kidney. The main organ that is involved in excretion is kidneys. The
excretion system in the human body in kidney is happening at these which are right
kidney, left kidney, right ureter and left ureter, urinary bladder, and the last is urethra.
Kidneys is basic part of filtration unit located in a siduman on either ride at the backbone
kkidneys consist 3 parts there are :

1. Glomerulus : The main function of the glomerulus is to filter plasma to produce

glomerular filtrate, which passes down the length of the nephron tubule to form urine. The
rate at which the glomerulus produces filtrate from plasma (the glomerular)

2. TKP (Tubulus kontortus proksimal) : the function is to addition to reabsorption, the

proximal tubular tubules also carry bicarbonate secretion. When ammonium is excreted, in
the proximal tubule the changes in glutamine to glutamate and glutamate are converted to
alpha-ketoglutarate. The alpha-ketoglutarate breaks into two bicarbonate anions.

3. TKD (Tubulus kontortus distal) : the function is to augment or release useless or

excessive substances into secondary urine so as to produce real urine.

The first step of excretion is emtering the kidney and then there are 3 processes that
happens in the kidney:

a) Filtration
Filtration is the first step of urine formation where bloods enter the glomerulus. In
glomerulus filtration will gain the primary urine that is water, sugar, urea and salts.
b) Readsorbtion
Primary urine will flow to the collecting duct and trought Hep(rubulus kontortus
proksimal) and henle arch when the readsorbtion ion and molecule process occurs
example, amino acid, sugar and salts that the body needs and then formed the
secondary urine.
c) Augmentation
Secondary urine is taken to TKD(tubulus kontortus distal). Where urine will actually
form through several substance example: hydrogen, and medicine will be realesed
from the blood into the urine. Than urine will be flowed through the urether adn
collected in the bladder and remove through the urethra.

The next step will be explained by my friend

The urine formed in kidneys, enter into a long tube. The tube looks like a pipe flow. The
tube called ureter. The function is to distribute the urine from kidneys to urine bladder. The
one end at the ureter connected to kidney and the other end is connected to urinary
bladder. The next urine is flowed in urinary bladder until the pressure of urinary bladder in
Indonesian is kandung kemih. The shape of the urinary bladder like ball but the function is
to contain the urine. Next the urine will come out from urethra. Urethra is the place where
the urine comes out. The shape of the urethra is like small pipe that is directly connected
to the ureter. The urine that comes out is contaioning the other residual substance like
NH3, urea , hormone, salts, minerals, vitamin, and smells. So the next step from the kidneys
is to ureter, urinary bladder adn the last is urethra.

The process is going continouslyin the human body as long as we’re still alive because the
body needs to let out the residual substance inside the body. Usually the residual
substance is kind of toxic. Excretion process in kidneys is called urinarium or the forming
of urine.
