The powerplant consists of a H2O plasma ring confined through the Reactance Couler (RC).

The RC works as a capacitor, with the upper part charged with opposite sign with respect the
lower part.

By powerting the RC with alternating current an annular magnetic field is produced around the
RC. This magnetic field, in conjuction with the electric field created by the RC, tends to compress
the plasma towards the RC center (Lorentz law).

There are two strong Central Solenoid electromagnets (CS) on the top and bottom of the RC with
opposing magnetic fields, so that their field lines go in the radial direction around the RC. This
magnetic field makes the plasma rotate around the RC. The centrifugal force compress the
plasma in the outward direction, so that in overall, in conjunction with the magnetic and electric
fields produced by the RC, the plasma is confined in a ring around the RC.

In each cycle the plasma ring expands and contracts, like blood in a heart.

Energy generation

Large quantities of energy can be obtained from the quantum vacuum by making a plasma
resonate with it, like in Witricity. For that, a bank of very big capacitors is also needed.

The capacitor bank also works as an energy storage for the s/c.

The interacting magnetic fields produced by the CS's and induced by the RC produce
electromagnetic scalar waves (i.e. negative energy) through four-wave mixing, warping the
spacetime around the S/C.

By adjusting the relative phase of the two oscillating magnetic fields, conditioned electromagnetic
waves are produced (bifibration) that produce thrust in the desired direction.

By increasing the amount of negative energy produced, the S/C finally de-materializes from this
universe, materializing in the hyperspace/twin universe.

In this process the s/c effectively becomes a macroscopic quantum system. The state of the s/c in
these transitions between universes is therefore controlled by the s/c interface through the use
of adinkras.
