or return the purchase price to Buyer. THE FOREGOING STATES BUYER'S
EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY BREACH OF ERICO WARANTYAND FOR ANY CLAIM,
WHETHER SOUNDING IN CONTRACT, TORT OR NEGLIGEN"CE. FOR LOSS OR INJURY
