Printer: Kyocera Ecosys P6035
Faults: A toner cartridge is stuck in the printer.
Fix: Replace the cartridge lock actuating gear. the actuating gear isn't available from Kyocera, we
will cannibalise one.

1. Remove the H.V power supply, see manual for details.

2. Remove the lock actuator.
The lock actuator is keyed
To remove it you need
to push the stopper down
using a flat blade screwdriver.

3. Once the lock actuator is

In this position you can pull it
out

4. Replace the broken gear,

Pay attention to the teeth
alignment.

Insert the lock actuator back

Into position, push the stopper
down and rotate the actuator
Into the correct position
(see step 2 above.
