1) 操作机器前，请仔细阅读使用说明书，并遵照执行，不了解机器结构性
能及操作程序者，不得擅自开动机器及拆卸维修。
Before operating machine, please read operation manual carefully and act on it strictly. If
you do not know its structure performance and operation procedure well, please do not

operate, disassemble, repair this machine arbitrarily.

2) 严禁液压缸空顶试压。
Hydraulic cylinder pressure test without putting work piece is prohibited.
3) 严禁超载、超行程及超过最大偏心距使用。
Overload, over travel and exceed Max. eccentricity is prohibited.
4) 初次试车及换油后，试车应排净系统内空气。
Initial operation or after finishing oil change, Empty air in system then can start to operate.
5) 请保持油液清洁。
Please keep oil clean.

6) 电气设备接地必须牢固、可靠。
Electric equipment must be earthed reliably.
7) 非专业人员不得操作或调整机器，不得对电气线路及液压管道进行拆

 卸、改动。

第一章 液压机的用途及主要参数
Chapter 1 Usage and main parameters of hydrauluic press machine

龙门液压机可以对机器零部件进行装配、拆卸、校直、压延、模压、折弯、
冲孔等工作，真正实现一机多用。该机器具备能耗低、压力高、结构简单、脚
踏开关控制上下工作动作等特点，使用更加方便。
The Longmen hydraulic press machine can processing parts of
machines,suchas:assembling,disassembly,straightening,rolling,diepressing,bending,p
unching,etc.Truly a multi-purpose machine.This machine has the features of low
energy consumption,high pressure,simple construction,foot switch to control

第二章 产品结构介绍
Chapter 2 Introduction of product structure

YM 系列龙门液压机系列有手动换向阀和电磁换向阀两种控制形式，整机主要

由主机和液压控制系统两大部分组成。主机由龙门框架、液压缸、工作台等部

分组成。液压控制系统由电机、柱塞泵、电磁换向阀（手动换向阀）、调压阀、

油箱、电气控制系统等部分组成。

YM series Longmen hydraulic machine with manual valve and solenoid valve two

forms of control , the host machine is mainly composed of two parts:body and

hydraulic control system . Body is consists of the gantry frame , hydraulic cylinders,

workingtable and other components. Hydraulic control system is consists of part of

the motor , piston pump, solenoid valve ( manual valve ) , pressure regulators, fuel

tank , electrical control system components.

第三章 机床吊运与安装
Chapter3 Machine lifting and installation

(一) 按 装

1.installation

1、机床按规定应安装在混凝土基础上，校正水平，安装紧固地脚螺栓。

concrete , correction levels , install the fastening bolt

2、使用环境温度一般在 0℃-40℃。

Ambient temperature is generally 0 ℃ -40 ℃

供应电源要求 AC380V±1﹪,频率 50HZ

Supply Power requirements AC380V ± 1%, frequency 50HZ

(二) 试 车

2.Debug the machine

1、试车工作由对液压机性能了解和熟悉操作规程的专业人员进行操作。试车前

应检查电源接地是否良好，电源接头是否正确、安全。将油箱检查、清洗干净，

然后加入液压油。准备好一块上下面平行且光滑的金属垫块，以作试车时加压

和防止液压缸活塞超行程使用，垫铁的表面不能太小，能承受 50N／m ㎡以上

的压力，其高度大于（开口高度---行程）20mm 以上。

Commissioning work is operated by the professional engineer who are fimilar with

the operating instruction of hydraulic performance. Should be checked before

commissioning the power ground is good , power connector is correct, safe. Check
the tank , cleaned , then add hydraulic oil. Ready for a smooth and parallel to the

upper and lower metal pads to test for when a pressurized cylinder and preventing

the use of surface horn piston overstroke not be too small , can withstand 50N / mm

² pressures above a height greater than ( opening height --- stroke ) 20mm or more

2、接通电源点动电机，观察电机转向是否正确（自电机冷却风扇端看，电机应

顺时针旋转）。电机运转方向正确后，观察油泵运转是否正常，重复启动、停

止几次。

Power move the motor , observe the motor rotation is correct ( see the end from the

motor cooling fan motor should rotate clockwise ). After the motor is running in the

right direction , to observe the oil pump is functioning properly, repeat start, stop

times

3、以上各项检查正常后，可启动机床在低压下运转 5-10 分钟。将液压缸全行

程上下动作 3-5 次，目的是排尽液压缸内气体。负荷试车时，应逐步地调大液

压机工作压力值，从小到大，每次增加 2.5-5Mpa,直到本机器规定的最高工作压

力值 31.5Mpa。

After the above examination was normal , it can start operating the machine at low

pressure for 5-10 minutes. Operating hydraulic cylinder moves up and down full

stroke 3-5 times , the purpose is to drain the hydraulic cylinder gas. When the load

test , should gradually turn up the hydraulic working pressure , from small to large

increments 2.5-5Mpa each time, until reach the predetermined maximum working

pressure value 31.5Mpa

(三) 操 作

3.operating
1、本机床操作方法十分简单，若用户选用的是手动换向阀的龙门液压机，则在

龙门框架右侧安装手动换向柄，将柄往前拉向液压缸活塞往下运动(称之为压

制），反之则为活塞上升（称为回程）若用户选用的是电磁换向阀的龙门液压

机，机器将配置脚踏开关，其左右分别为上升和下降两只开关，请谨慎操作。

The machine method of operation is very simple , if the user selected a manual valve

gantry hydraulic machine , then in the right frame gantry installation manual

commutation handle , pull the handle forward to the hydraulic cylinder piston

downward movement ( called repression ) vice versa for the piston rises ( known as

the backhaul ) If the user selects is solenoid valve gantry hydraulic machine, the

machine will be configured foot switch , the left and right respectively rise and fall

two switches , please exercise caution.

2、试车工作期间严禁操作人员将头和手伸入机床工作区域，防止出现安全事故。

During the commissioning work is prohibited operators head and hand into the

machine work area to prevent accidents

3、完成作业任务后，注意应切断机床电源。

After completion of job tasks , attention should be cut off power to the machine

严禁空载超行程试车，否则损坏液压机。

第四章 维护保养及安全操作规程
Chapter 4 Maintenance and safety rules
正确使用机器设备，认真执行维护保养和遵守安全操作规程，是延长设备使用

寿命。保证安全生产的必要条件，为此应首先熟悉机器的结构性能和操作程序，

掌握其特点，为方便用户，根据一般使用情况提供有关维护保养及安全操作的

几点建议。

The proper use of equipment , earnestly implement the maintenance and observance

of safety rules , it is to extend the useful life of equipment . The necessary conditions

to ensure safety in production , for which should first become familiar with the

machine's performance structure and operating procedures , understand its features ,

for the convenience of users, providing a few recommendations for maintenance and

safe operation under general usage

(一) 维护保养注意事项：

Maintenance Considerations

1、液压油推荐使用 46#抗磨液压油（寒冷地区使用 32#抗磨液压油）

Hydraulic oil is recommended to use 46 # anti-wear hydraulic oils ( cold areas 32 #

anti-wear hydraulic oil

2、油液应进行严格过滤后才能加入油箱，一般油箱内注油到液位计油标位置的

3/4 处为佳。

After the oil filter should be carried out strictly in order to join the fuel tank , the

fuel tank is generally oiling to mark the position of the oil level gauge is preferably

3、液压油应定期更换，第一次应在使用 1000 工作小时或半年内更换，以后每

2000 工作小时或一年更换一次。机器较长时间停用时，应将各加工表面擦洗干

净，并涂防锈油。

Hydraulic oil should be changed regularly , for the first time should use replacement

1000 operating hours or six months later changed ,then every 2000 operating hours

or one year changed. Disable the machine for a long time , the surface should be

cleaned each machining and coated anti-rust oil

(二) 安全操作规程

Safety rules

1、不了解机器结构性能或操作程序者不得擅自开动机器。

Do not understand the structure and properties of the machine or operating

procedures were not allowed to start the machine

2、机器在工作过程中，不得进行检修和调整模具。

Machine operation, maintenance and adjustment should not be mold

3、发现机器严重漏油或其他异常现象（如动作不可靠，噪音大，振动等）应停

车分析原因，设法排除，不允许带病运行。

Found serious oil spills or other machine anomalies ( such as action is not reliable ,

noise , vibration, etc. ) should stop to analyze the reasons , trying to exclude , ill run

allowed

4、不得超载或超过最大偏心距（25mm）使用，电气设备接地必须牢固可靠。

Shall not exceed the maximum overload or eccentricity (25mm) using electrical

equipment grounding must be solid and reliable

5、 严禁操作人员将头和手伸入机床工作区域，防止出现安全事故。

Never operate the personnel head and hand into the machine work area to prevent

accidents
